Personal data

The personal data (DCP) collected on this site are :

  • for connection requests: where applicable, the IP address, date, time and pages consulted, technical information on response times (via cookies – for more details, click on “Cookies” at the bottom of the page)
  • for contact forms: an email address, the reason for the request and details.
  • for newsletter subscriptions: an e-mail address.
  • These DCP are subject to data processing implemented by the person responsible for the processing concerned and the person responsible for publication of the site as mentioned in the legal notice of the said site.

These DCP are obligatory for the proper functioning of the website with :

  • Information relating to cookies
  • If you fill in the contact form, all the DCP linked to the information on this form
  • If you request to subscribe to a newsletter, all the DCP linked to the information on this subscription.

The legal basis for these processing operations is the performance of INRAE’s public interest mission, except for contact forms and certain cookies where the legal basis is your consent.

At the end of the stated retention periods, the data will be destroyed.

The recipients of DCP are the authorised staff of the data controller’s departments, partners/tutors and service providers responsible for managing and monitoring users and for implementing the website and the services offered on it.

In accordance with the European Regulation on the protection of personal data and Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, data files and individual liberties, you have the right to access, rectify, oppose for reasons relating to your particular situation, withdraw your consent at any time and delete data concerning you.

Applicable law – language – disputes

These GCU are governed by French law, regardless of the place of use. In the event of any discrepancy in the interpretation of a translated version, only the French version of these terms and conditions shall prevail.

In the event of any dispute or litigation, you undertake to contact INRAE as a matter of priority in order to attempt to resolve amicably any dispute that may arise between the parties.

In the event of any dispute or litigation arising from the validity, interpretation and/or performance of these GCU which cannot be resolved amicably, except in the case of mandatory provisions, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
